The following are things my students wrote or said to me at some point this week. Some are quite entertaining. Others meh. Either way, they are things that make my job one of the most entertaining in the world.
1. My grandma died which was bad, but not as bad as when my hamster did.
2. I'm good at running away from a dog that just bit me.
3. One of my favorite things to do is put butter on my dog.
4. I haven't gotten in trouble yet this year. (It was the first day of school.)
5. I am fluffy and really want to get rid of some of this fluff. (A kid who is overweight wrote this.)
6. I got asked out by the cutest guy in 6th grade. I was so excited. But five minutes later he broke up with me.
7. I like nerf guns. (Written by a small 7th grader who still plays with transformers while in front of all parents/kids at PST.)
8. My mom took four pregnancy tests yesterday and all were positive. She said they had been trying. I find that she told me that a little awkward, don't you?
9. I am really good at making my brother cry.
10. Talking in front of the class makes me hyperventilate and then I sound like I have food in my mouth.
i am good at contracting rabies and then spreading it by running into large crowds.
